Forgiveness is defined as the ability to let go of the anger, pain, sadness, and resentment left by an incident. But, how can we forgive? In this practice, I hope you can release what no longer serves you and find peace within. If you have them, we are going to use a rose crystal and amethyst. If you don't have these, you can do it without them. Let's practice.
The pain, resentment, and steady build up of my anger has caused me to miss out on many joys while causing those same feelings to those I care about. It’s time to heal. I’m ready to heal.
I am ready to forgive and heal. Forgive myself and others. It helped me to really think about what happened and then letting it go. I will still remember, but I need to heal and for me that needs forgiveness:)
