Relaxation
Tension in my mind, body & spirit evaporated. Stillness is beautiful, calming, and peaceful. Knowing that I can do this for myself with some tools and time is the best part though. Choice brings freedom.

Breathing out
I have been working on belly breathing to be able to breathe in deeply however I am realizing now that on out breaths I'm not fully letting all the air out of my lungs. I feel like I stop and almost hold my breath instead of fully relaxing and letting my belly drop, as if I'm trying to hold myself up - why can't I fully relax?

Being still
When you are still your mind follows. Many people forget or are afraid to stop and be still. In this fast past world the ability to be still is an asset that rejuvenates and centres the mind and body.

The Art of Stillness
There is sooo much noise everywhere that it is challenging to find stillness. Now I just need to remember that my breath is my secret weapon when I am feeling overwhelmed by the inner and outer noise.🙏🏻

Inviting stillness in the body creates stillness in the mind. What one does the other does. Focusing on my breath can kind of give my mind a task to keep it occupied

Weird Focus
Wonderful meditation, Dorothy. By focusing on the breath, the relaxation and peace just falls into place. A great one to do just before sleep. The weird part was that I felt like I do when I get nitrous oxide at the dentist (love that). That’s a good thing!!!

Breathing is not just about moving oxygen into our lungs but is receiving life giving energy into our entire body, to our lungs into our blood and into all our organs and muscles. With this in mind it is easy to breath into your whole body or any part of your body where you need to focus that life giving energy 🙏 x

Staying focused
I had a difficult time staying focused today. I have not meditated in a couple of weeks and that short period of time was enough to get my brain rusty at staying still! Like physical exercise, we need to train our brain for stillness!

Keeping Calm Is A Superpower:
In order to have a healthy balanced life, one must have a healthy balanced mind. My mind is filled with anxiety, dark thoughts, and I find myself struggling with overwhelming stress over trivial things/actions. I know meditating helps with all three of these things because it helps you find the peace within. And the first thing I needed to learn was how to quiet the chaos. How to focus on nothing, and staying calm about it. Allowing my mind to take on a new trait in due time...

Stillness
Be still and know. So easy to say, but so challenging for me to put into practice. I feel like my mind wanders 100 miles a minute, even when I give it a task to focus on, such an “breathe in, breathe out.” Being still does not come naturally to me. Even in moments when I allow myself to literally sit still, I fidget, I pick up my phone, I allow my mind to wander. Stillness is scary to me. Because it requires me to sit with things that are uncomfortable. This is a meditation I need to do more than once, that’s for sure.

Focus
Our mind is the most powerful tool that we own. But it can partner with so many areas in our body that if we really focus on telling it to breathe while allowing everything else to be still and to breathe - we can really push out all of the chaos the world has to offer. And find ourselves

Listening to silence
In the world we live in, it seems as though we are in a constant state of distraction. Traffic, family, and with the age of electronics, unable to truly disconnect and be still. In identifying this, we are able to make the conscious decision to take a few moments to enjoy the silence and calm our mind in the process. I’m finding that for me these few minutes are like a reset button, and allow me to fully enjoy living in the present 💕

The loudness of stillness
In this meditation you learn how stillness is actually a very loud active element of our being. It just has one thing: you need to pause to listen to it; for that’s when you get aware that we all have this wonderful blessing of stillness in our selves.

Just What I Needed
A distracted mind serves you well said no one ever. After a busy past few days where time for mindfulness and meditation were catch as catch can and I wasn’t taking appropriate time for myself this meditation was just what I needed. It’s amazing how a few short minutes can help you refocus and get centered once again. I think I will revisit this a few more times today.

Feel the oneness
Be still and quiet, and your mind will follow. Instead of having the body and the mind work separately, understand that its better when they work in unison. Take deep breath and release long exhales to calm both and bring them together.

Simply Breath
By breathing and focusing on breath, we bring stillness to our mind. Stillness helps us reach a higher level of calmness. It distracts our mind from whatever thoughts and slows things down. Lately, I have felt like life is going too fast; I will try to take a step back when feeling overwhelmed.

The art of stillness
I have learned but by focusing on the movement of my breath call math and allowing it to become the only movement in my body, I can experience stillness in my body and mind. I also learned that this practice will help me to A deeper sense of calm. I believe engaging in with practice well significantly benefit me because I have a physical disability, which makes it difficult to keep my body still. Similarly when my mind is unfocused it becomes challenging to move my body in the way I want and need it to move . I think using the technique of focusing on my breath found in this meditation will allow me two more effectively connect my mind and body. I am grateful for the folks who work for Poor putting this track together. And for allowing me The potential opportunity to coordinate my mind and body and move more actively I am also very grateful for the community on the south on this app for taking the time to read this post I hope everyone is OK and happy and well.
