It's okay to take time to figure out what's going on. It's okay to care for myself and take that extra step for me. It's okay to look forwards to being a better version of yourself. Not version but changing your mindset and believing that this isn't just apart of you but this IS you.

The four pillars of health
Even if im not good at it, or not willing to, it may be good for me to stop procrastinating and EXERCISE! I dont have to do it everyday or hardcore, just start my 30 minutes a week. Embrace your body, protect it, keep it healthy.

Mind and Body Wellness
The 4 pillars of health all go hand in hand to keep our bodies and mind healthy. 1. Diet- Eat real food. I am a big believer in what you put into your body is how you are going to feel. If you eat like crap, you will feel like crap. 2. Exercise- This is an area I need to improve incorporating regularly on a daily basis. Just because I am out everyday at the park with the dogs doesn’t mean my heart rate is getting up. It is important to find something you enjoy doing for exercise. Make it fun. Exercise helps boost serotonin levels, get rid of toxins from the body, relieve stress, and helps to boost energy. Those are just a few of the benefits of daily exercise. 3. Sleep- Getting enough sleep at least 7-8 hours a night is vital for our body to heal and recover. 4. Stress- Finding ways to manage stress is vital to our mental and physical wellbeing. When making a life decision, you need keep in mind the 4 pillars of health. How will this decision effect your health and well being? Our health and well being should always come first.

The short version only lists 2 pillars...and she talks so fast it felt rushed and stressful. I will try the longer version
