By using this simple mantra “thank you” in time with the breath, we can let the rest of the world fade away while at the same time cultivating a sense of gratitude and wellbeing. This technique is great to use throughout the day to connect inward and find an innate sense of well-being.

This is a wonderfully simple and awesome meditation. I have been doing it for a long time but not precisely in time with my breathing.
