When low on energy, connecting to our heart space can dramatically increase our energetic state of being. This breathing exercise will give you the chance to relieve some of the tension/resistance that's keeping you from breathing in full breaths of energy into your chest. A supported fish pose is optional during this breathwork, as it helps express the opening of our heart space. Hope you enjoy this practice!
