Dont rush
We should start step by step, accept all our feelings. Concentrate on kindness and feeling of our bodies, plus breathing.
Take your time
I’m the past I have always tried to rush into what I thought should be happening in meditation. Expecting something to happen, trying to speak to spirit guides, trying to manifest something. That is changing…I just want to be in my space and within me. Just be. With whatever my mind comes up with and bringing it back to settle down. It’s ok…I have t failed.
