Just stop everything for a few minutes.  Then feel what happens when you touch your skin.  Does it calm the mind? Allow yourself to bring your intention inside. Focus on your body parts. Stop the mind for a few minutes.

Calm yourself
By feeling your skin. What can you feel? How does your skin feel?

Take a moment to feel
Nice way to keep yourself focused. Really feeling and investigating your hand. It did not truly seem like a meditation although. No breathing pattern to follow.

Selecting 3-minute minute meditations
I've done lots of good 3-minute meditations on Aura, in general, and from Innerspace, in specific. But too many 3-minute meditations from Innerspace are just longer ones awkwardly cut off after three minutes. For example, this one cuts off before even finishing feeling all of the fingers on the one hand! I wish they would be more selective about which of the meditations they decide to offer 3-minute versions of and how they create them. Other series (and this one, too, I think) manage to have a workable 3-minute version of a longer mediation and still have it make sense in a shorter form. TL;DR - I need to not choose meditations in this series that include a longer version, as well, because the short version probably won't be useful.

Dumb
This doesn’t really help at all you can barely understand her and it’s just you touching your finger and it doesn’t even finish

Feel alive
This was not what I was expecting and I appreciate it even more so for that fact. I was expecting to tap into emotions, rather than to feel my physical body. It was such a nice surprise and really made me aware and present. So made me grateful for my hands, my physical body. And it made me want to go take a nice long relaxing shower to honor this beautiful body. As always thank you Irene, Namaste 🌿✨🐉

boo
This one would have been nice had it not not cut off. I liked it otherwise.

Super weird
First of all I could barely understand her accent. Second, all she does is tell you to touch your fingers. Not relaxing at all and actually really annoying.

Fingertipp
I thought something is missing. It is a good exercise to focus on being more mindful but I waited for an ending or a explanation or anything. Anyways, I liked paying more focus on things I usually forget like how my fingers feel like.

Effective
The physical act of feeling and touching my hands brought me out of my head. It made me giggle at first as I examined each of my fingers. There’s a part where you apply gentle pressure to your hand and she says doing this before sleeping can help you sleep. It was calming and grounding. Interesting
I was “feeling myself up” and expected to session to swap over to the opposite hand, but instead? It just stopped! Left my right hand hanging!

Too much thinking!🤕
I couldn’t stop thinking and missed most of what was said in this meditation. I was thinking all night while I was at work. I tried deep breathing, it didn’t work and it was frustrating, I felt a lot of anxiety for awhile too. I listened to Steve Judds YouTube video on what’s currently going on in astrology right now. It’s about worry vs anxiety, recommended by Tara. Makes me wonder🤔

Unpleasant
Couldn’t focus or concentrate on the meditation. I didn’t really understand what was being said and just felt uncomfortable.

Hands
Irene, magical! Hands and fingers sensations! Great concentration exercise! And the ethereal voice and music! Thanks.
