This morning meditation will guide you to surrender to the divine flow as you realize you are part of something greater. Begin by finding a comfortable position, seated or lying down. Allow your body to fully relax, releasing any tension in the shoulders, neck, and face. Close your eyes gently, and take a deep, slow breath in… And as you exhale, let the weight of the day drift away. With each breath, settle into the present moment. Let your mind be quiet and soften. You are here now, and that is enough. Nothing more is needed.
