Sometimes when you're feeling lost or stressed, and you don't know what to do, the answer is to do nothing. When you allow yourself to surrender completely to the moment, to give up actively looking for solutions, you take the pressure off of yourself and your busy mind. That allows your intuition to kick in, and to deliver the answer you need at the perfect time.

I love the dandelion fluff imagery. It helps me focus on releasing my concerns & worries. Breath work helps do the same with physical pain sometimes.🙏

Didn’t work for me tonight.
The stress I’m feeling right now seems beyond mindfulness’ ability to soothe. SO MANY THINGS UP IN THE AIR LATELY! Trying to just keep my family afloat recently has been a HUGE challenge. This isn’t the stroke’s fault at all this time...I have that “scarcity”thing when it comes to money and being able to fund my family’s needs and wants. It always gets worse for me as the Christmas holiday approaches. It’s definitely slightly worse now with my forced unemployment and my Social Security permanent disability adjudication finally approaching. Dropped things by my lawyer’s office today...I’m doing a lot of the footwork for this. I guess that’s the trade-off for having his expertise in my corner for this hearing. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Dandelion seeds 3-19
I’ve done many images of thoughts leaving my space. Some work for me some don’t. I realized that imagery in peaceful nature settings have a peaceful result. It may not last forever, even a short break from an irritated mind is beneficial to me.

Surrendering...
Our intuition is our inner compass. But, when we are caught up in the busyness of the mind, our inner knowing gets drowned out and we have a difficult time listening or even sensing it. Feeling lost on what to do, the mind goes around and around like a hamster running on a wheel. That is until we actually surrender, which allows the mind to rest. For the past few weeks, my mind has been busy narrowing down a selection of mentors for the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program or MMTCP. It’s been a big decision to make as this mentor I choose will be with me throughout this two year journey. Because each of the mentors on my top ten list are highly qualified and would bring much opportunities for growth, I am torn on exactly who my top pick should be. Getting comfortable, I brought my awareness to my breath. Bringing a soft gaze to the decision I am about to make, I felt my belly tighten slightly. Continuing to take some deep breaths, my body began to relax, which allowed for my mind to follow suit. I visualized all the thoughts associated with my decision as white wispy seeds on a dandelion. As I exhaled, I watched those seeds flow through the air and land on the earth in front of me. With no seeds, I am able to listen to my intuition. Surrendering, I put trust in my intuition to help guide me to my decision. Surrendering, I know the right answer will present itself at the right time. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
