Stress Resilience
I learned that stress is inevitable, especially in society now. We are go go, 24/7 and multitasking, etc. So stress is going to happen, that’s a given but if we are grounded and true to ourselves then we can learn to not let it effect us as much. We are going to face obstacles in life, tough situations, and face stressful moments. These moments are just tiny circumstances that don’t change us or define who we are. They won’t last, they are just a small season in our life. I really enjoyed the mountain enology. This really resonated with me. It is so true, in life we can’t let the things and stressors of this world effect or change who we are. We must stay true to who we are and overcome and get through them, take what they have to offer and learn and grow from them but never let them effect or change or move you. We must stay strong and grounded and not let them shake or break us, cause we are stronger then any stressor that comes our way. This was a great mediation for me to do with school starting back up and me being a full time mother, worker and mom and wife. I will be remembering and doing this mediation a lot 🥰🧘🏼♀️
