So much tension!
I love the short meditations but I wish this one was twice as long- I'd need the extra time to really relax my face!

Soften yourself
I didn't realize how tight I was until was told to soften my face, my eyes, my jaw. So relaxing and peaceful

Jaw melts away
As I let my jaw melt away, it simply made everything around my mouth less tense. I hadn't realized that my jaw was so tense before this.

Where my anxiety lies...
Even though this was a good exercise, my anxiety lies in my chest and extends to my gut/stomach. I don't really experience much tension in my face but I figured I'd give this a try. Not sure it really helped since I still feel anxiety in my body.

I learned that this type of meditation is very usual for dealing with how stress manifests in my body. I sometime clench my teeth unconsciously so it was nice to give my body a break and to have a practice to go back to in the future.
