Reminder to breathe in the moment
This gave me a wonderful few minutes of peace on my lunch break, and served as a good reminder to breathe, and just let the chatter be. Chuck has such a calming voice, which actually reminds me of my grandfather - whom I lost 4 years ago today. Thank you for your wisdom!

Negative Thoughts
After so many years of buying into that negative thought pattern, it was so refreshing to begin to understand how that skewed my attitudes toward my relationships and my life. Someone suggested that I look in the mirror in the morning and say, “I love you”. It was so difficult to do initially but, it was vital in crushing those negative thoughts.
