In our daily lives, we are often rushing from one moment to the next. There is very little time when we don't feel like there is something pressing to do. This meditation is an invitation to pause, slow down for a few moments, and to reconnect with some stillness and peace amidst the busyness of your life.

Just what I needed! Taking a break from my never ending ”To Do” list and just being still. She had the most calming voice & simply guided me through this meditation. I did find myself able to become completely chilled out to the pint of just breathing... no worries or concerns, no deadlines, no tasks, no tangible thoughts of awareness ... just focused on breathing... and be-ing... and chillin... When she brought me back, I felt pumped up, relaxed and “clean” on the inside. Like ready for a new start... so here I go again, my brain already planning out my day... but I am determined to add in a few moments to just be still. Thanks Aura for being there!! ❤️☮️🍀
Too busy?
I find that I’m usually a bit TOO busy in my days, and that my ability to cope with such busy days is not what it used to be. Add on the slightest “extra” activity, and I can fall apart completely. I have SO MANY things I want to do and accomplish, that there never seems to be enough hours in my day. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Just what I needed
My day is so busy that I was goi g in circles trying to figure out what to do first. This meditation was so lovely and calming, I now found a starting point.
Late afternoon Pause
This meditation is a wonderful break for yourself during a busy day which that seems to be the story of my life this year. I keep thinking things are going to slow down..right?! Haha...Wishful thinking.😂 Anyways, I am grateful that I am in good health to be able to keep up with the busyness of my life. This meditation has you start by closing your eyes which brings your focus inwards and focus on your breath. After a few moments, you preform a body scan checking in to see if you are holding any tension in any area of your body from the day’s stresses. Once I acknowledged the tension I was feeling in my shoulders I started to relax. By the end of this meditation, I was feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and grounded.
My day has been quickly going from one thing to the next, so this meditation was exactly what I needed. I love the focus on slowly returning to your environment
Waking Up
I felt less concerned with my upcoming tasks and more present and relaxed during my morning routine.
