Staying Present With Breath Meditation

In a society where we are constantly doing and thinking, it can be challenging to stay in the moment. Following the mindfulness meditation tradition, this low guidance meditation serves to remind us to remain present in our current experience, using anchors like the breath, to return to each moment. In addition, the guidance suggests using the mantra "I am here... fully", on the inhale and exhale, to remain more aware of the breath. You will be gently guided back to the breath every couple of minutes, in case your mind has drifted, reinviting presence and awareness into your body. This meditation is not recommended for new meditators.
