A Thanksgiving Meditation for any time of year! This is a great session to listen to just after waking up in the morning. (Or any time!) Waking up with the sun gives us a wonderful opportunity to begin the new day with intention & renewed appreciation. Take a few moments to bring yourself out of sleep into a light wakeful state.
