As we enter a new year, it may be a higher priority to make sure we're healthy, happy, and well. Developing a consistent practice or a routine that you do every day is a brilliant way of developing new habits that are more useful, fulfilling, and allow you to continue cultivating, self-respect, compassion, and good vibrations. Daily gratitude is one of my favorite ways to come into presence. Start or end the day feeling great and remember how lucky and thankful I am for the simple things in life that we can often overlook, like our body, running water, food, clean air, socks...it can be anything and every day you will find new things to appreciate. "When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change."
