morning coffee
we all head to the cafeteria together a herd of computer nerds joking, freshly bathed, well rested we past the security desk and Fred says “Hello Waldo!” The plump guard looks up from his paper and grunts a response, then gazes at the monitors briefly before returning to the sports section then we are out, walking across the lawn It’s so good to breathe fresh air, even just for a little while we enter through the double glass doors and the smell of a bagel being toasted, sizzling sausage and yes, what we came for, the wafting aroma of freshly brewed colombian java...

Refreshing
Very refreshing. Before this meditation, I felt worn out by my work. Although it was a bit odd to squeeze together every part of my body (including my face!), it was relaxing. I feel refreshed and ready for whatever life throws at me now.
