Spiritual Guide Sound Bath

Spiritual Guide (noun) – A higher consciousness, enlightened being, or divine presence providing insight, healing, and direction on one’s spiritual journey. A spiritual journey is a long and complex road with many forks and detours. I know from personal experience that it is frightening at times and often, I've felt lost. But, I have not been alone in my journey. I've connected with my spiritual guide who has become my north star. Before each sound bath, I close my eyes, breathe deeply, and open my heart.
