Find a comfortable seated position and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths as you exhale, releasing tension in your body and mind. With each breath, your body feeling lighter as the tension melts from your muscles. Now I want you to imagine a pure white light glowing above your head. With each inhale, the light gently pours into you, filling your body with warmth and peace. Breathing in light from above and exhaling all heaviness.
