Groundhog Day
Life at times can feel like Groundhog Day which can lead to feelings of boredom along with a lack of motivation. This excellent session helps switch your focus from what is wrong to what is right. Meditation is a wonderful way to explore your current situation with a new curiosity.
It is perfectly normal at times in our life to feel boredom or stuck. We can release this feeling by saying while focusing on our breath “I release all feelings of boredom and suffering”. “ May I feel at ease” is another good mantra to recite to release these feelings. As I visualize being in a place that brings me feelings of comfort, focusing on my breath, I recite those mantras. As I recite these mantras, I feel a shift in energy from within. I begin to feel gratitude for all I have right now.
Even though this season of my life is busier than ever mainly with mundane tasks due to the pandemic leaving me less time to work on things I enjoy, I am grateful that I am healthy to keep taking care of the needs of my family, my husband’s job has not been effected by the pandemic, and all of our needs are met. We are very blessed.
