Spark Joy, Not Boredom
I am stuck with my job. But I must find the every day small joys. As I focus of the joy, I will be able to keep going. It is a stable job that gives.me a good salary. With that salary I can do enjoyable things

Criticizing Other
when I see others having something that don't own and I believe it to be better that what I have, I start to envy them, get jealous of them, criticize them and their belongings.

Spark Joy, Not Boredom
I learned that we must find and look for the joy in everyday in every situation. Of course, some days are going to be harder then others and things aren’t always going to be how we’d like and weren’t aren’t going to be where we’d hoped and doing what we want.. but we need to be thankful for what we do have and the good and find joy in the now and the present of where you are. Instead of being stuck and in boredom and going through the motions, find even the little things to brighten your day. There is always something so find and whatever it is that day hold on to that and let that be what brings you joy for that day. We all need to practice this more to help us become more mindful so that when tough situations arise they won’t affect us as much because we will be content and happy within ourselves regardless the circumstances. Joy comes from within and we must find it in ourselves in order to see it in our everyday life. Namaste 🙏🏼 🥰

Sparking...
This is a great meditation to shift your consciousness... From - What’s bad, what’s wrong & who can I blame?!? (Victim mentality) To - What is good, what is right & what needs done !?! (Victor mentality) Sometimes all you need is a little spark to get yourself lit up and excited about where you are and where you want to go. This is a simple way to help you do this. Thanks Karuna ❤️🙏🍀

Groundhog Day
Life at times can feel like Groundhog Day which can lead to feelings of boredom along with a lack of motivation. This excellent session helps switch your focus from what is wrong to what is right. Meditation is a wonderful way to explore your current situation with a new curiosity. It is perfectly normal at times in our life to feel boredom or stuck. We can release this feeling by saying while focusing on our breath “I release all feelings of boredom and suffering”. “ May I feel at ease” is another good mantra to recite to release these feelings. As I visualize being in a place that brings me feelings of comfort, focusing on my breath, I recite those mantras. As I recite these mantras, I feel a shift in energy from within. I begin to feel gratitude for all I have right now. Even though this season of my life is busier than ever mainly with mundane tasks due to the pandemic leaving me less time to work on things I enjoy, I am grateful that I am healthy to keep taking care of the needs of my family, my husband’s job has not been effected by the pandemic, and all of our needs are met. We are very blessed.

I have noticed that when I meditate and learned that when I meditate all the time all the things that stress me out just leave my mind and positive things come to my mind like god’s word and I love that color blue because it’s relaxing and I feel like I’m relaxed and I feel like I’m at peace and calm during the meditation and god’s peace is right here with me and I pray lord for peace and god’s right here with me and that is why I love the meditations so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🤗🤗
