Spacious breathing
I realized how little my usual awareness of breathing is, I am not using the full space (or capacity) of my lungs and this holds me back. Physically and mentally.

I feel an interesting sensation when switching my focus on the space in my body as opposed to the space of the outside world. Whereas we know the world is a huge realm of near infinite possibilities, the body has more of a "quiet vastness".

Agree with Elisabeth - this one was rather odd. The only awareness of space or spaciousness is that we are very small in such a vast universe..... Psalm 103:14-16 14 For He knows we are but dust 15 and that our days are few and brief, like grass, like flowers, 16 blown by the wind and gone forever. I will meditate on God's word - Joshua 1:8 Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.

I learned that spacious awareness is the space between body and mind. Taking deep cleaning breaths and letting it go calms me and listening to music helps me relax.

Space is all around us and in us, it is finite and infinite. Finding those spaces between breaths can bring us harmony, peace and calm with mind and body. Awareness of the sounds, sights and smells that are carried through space; the sound is the trees, traffic , hum of the refrigerator etc, looking at Venus, Mars and Mercury all perfectly lined up and best of all the sound of quiet between breaths on this beautiful clear morning. Have an awesome day every one.

The phrase "spaciousness of awareness" was used today. I've never heard that phrase before. I look forward to exploring that idea more.

Spatial Awareness
Is a very real thing. My consciousness gets to use this body to move around - how amazing is that!?!? It's so obvious throughout the day, people who are mindful of spatial awareness and people who are not - they bump into us without acknowledgement, they drive dangerously past us. All we can do is mind our own space. The space "contained within." We are indeed containers. We get to choose: containers of what? Of light? Of love? Of awareness? How do we respond to others who appear as containers of detriment?

Sounds and things around me really are matter that we pass by everyday life. Little things come unnoticed, like the way the trees blow in the wind making a soothing rustle. Or how the birds chirp for their morning songs.

I learned that I should take some time out of my day to let go and relax. I really focused on my breathing which helped a lot with stress. After a long day of school it this helped a lot

Going out with yourself is not the problem but worrying the things that should be done is. It's okay if I'm alone just as long as I get things done as soon as possible.

So Relaxing
I chose this session not because I feel mental stress but because I feel physical stress. Still, stress is stress no matter what kind it is. And, I can say, that I feel much better and more relaxed. This spacious awareness and breathing session helped relax my whole body and reduced my pain. Thanks Aura 🌻🌞🌻

There's so much space around us open space, quiet or noisy and it's just something to acknowledge and appreciate because that's space for us to fill in our lives with love and other components of life to make us happy and at peace with ourselves.

Babe more meditating I do, the more I realize how much breathing plays a part in focusing the mind. My awareness of my breathing is improving and I’m not straying to other thoughts as much.

I LOVE THIS MEDITATION!!!! What a great way to start a day!!! I guess I’ve been viewing everything around me from a compressed type of box. Made up of ALL the NEGATIVE ENERGIES that go on around us each day! News,social media, different people who cross your path each day....can build up so much negative negative energy! It’s wonderful being able to shed that from our mind and body with this meditation!! I was also able to recognize and understand just how BIG life and the world really are by giving back the much needed peace and energy that I was missing for so long!! Thank you! Happy Holidays!

Friday 1-5-18
Spaciousness. I need this. I have landed myself in the hospital and now on oxygen, pneumonia, asthma, c-diff (from all the antibiotics) and a blazing migraine. I am contagious here and my house has to be bleached now. My uncle is supposed to be leaving tomorrow on the train (I think a day extension will have to be arranged). I feel all used up and all I can do is sit up and I keep crying. I hear as much as my clogged ears will let me all around me (it’s pretty quiet and lonely). Thank you, Aura for this opportunity! Have a nice day Everyone!😀
