This is a body scan style meditation, with a focus on relaxing as you bring awareness to different areas of the body. Once you feel connected to the space within, can you open to the space all around you? Can you feel the space within you and around you are ONE? You are spacious awareness.

Such a great practice!
Becoming aware of the space between was so different and a great experience. It’s on my favorites now and I will return to this again for sure!
