Space is sparse and needed
I can slow time down by finding space between my thoughts and give myself these needed areas of just being.

Space between thoughts
I could forget how important it is to just relax and clear your mind from negative thoughts. Just ask a simple positive ‘what would it be like’ question to get my day started. :)

Relaxing
I found it very relaxing, I emptied my mind of all the worries and now I feel much better!

Spaciousness
The vastness between thought, that infinitesimal moment of smallness yet connectedness. I listen to this while staring at the sky and watching the multitude of stars sprinkle their light upon our earth. What we see is millennium old, stars from dying suns and new shine upon us. We see the past before our eyes and think it the now. The vastness of reality and perception- we are stardust, our atoms have traversed the depths of space, have passed through suns and planets. We are small but parts of us have been part of something much larger. I look at the shining orbs in the inky blackness of the sky and they look back at me, we are the same.

Space between thoughts
I would have never imagined that I could look beyond my thoughts or that they are individual and finite.

Space between my thoughts
The space between my thoughts show me that I am wobbling. Perhaps my faith in the Universe is not as strong when it comes to manifesting this ONE thing. Or maybe I just have a metric ton of resistance in this area. How do I clear that? How do I get in alignment? I want what I want! I also want it to come at the right time, not before I’m ready. Universe, I’m listening! Show me the way!

New point of view
I don't usually have many thoughts during meditation, but it was still good to start viewing them as little clouds in a big blue sky.

I honestly struggled with this one. I just didn’t understand how to focus on “the space between my thoughts.” There wasn’t anything wrong with this session. It just wasn’t for me.

Space Between
I noticed that the space between & behind my thoughts are so vast & recognizing that was very comforting especially when thoughts feel like they’re bombarding your mind.

Think outside the thoughts
I tend to dwell on ridiculous thoughts. It's nice to learn how I can even try to stop thinking about them for a second, pulling my focus away from the thought and it helps. It's still a conscious thing, though. You need to actively think about NOT thinking about something. But it was very useful in this 3 minute session

I never had a space between thoughts.
I didn’t even know there was a space between thoughts. Focusing on the space helped me monitor my thoughts and think more clearly. I didn’t realize how important it was until now.

Confused
I confess that this New Age meditation is very confusing for me. What is this “space” you are talking about; space between thoughts. I do not understand, I wish I could. ⁉️⁉️⁉️

helps improve focus
I realized that one of my greatest flaws is controlling the amount of thoughts I have which deters me from focusing on one thought. I am not great at sticking with one thing. I think about it, analyze it, and then throw it away but the process is too fast and it is inefficient. I need to slow down and put more work in.

Oops, this one didn’t work
I learned that I cannot grasp the “space between my thoughts “. I did better when I was told to imagine an open sky, but generally this just didn’t click for me.

Space
Cassandra, stellar! Space in thoughts, quantum space, cosmic space, jazz space! Mental syntax! Thanks.

Space Between Thoughts
I learned that I am very good at having no thoughts. Is this a good thing? That I can empty my mind so easily. I just hope I can also do the reverse & think when needed. 😣

Space
I found the space and even managed to walk between the clouds and float there for a time, most relaxing.

The space up and out there
I can move into that sky blue place right there above the trees and remain. And when the clouds wisps drift by I’ll feel that gentle energy that the spray.

Space Between Thoughts
Everybody has a space between their own thoughts. I used to have a hard time dealing with my own thoughts but now I’ve learned to deal with them

Space between thoughts
In focusing on the vast openness between my thoughts, and as the openness grew larger, I learned that I am not my thoughts. As I observed myself waiting for the thoughts, they slowed and my mind let go of its busy-ness and settled into peace. I liked being in that place. Thank you.

Space in Between Thoughts
Focusing on the space in between does help! A reassuring reminder to bring your mind at plain ease. Very relaxing for the mind.

Space between thoughts
Connecting my breath with the idea of space was really meditative and soothing. I found myself almost internally chanting “space” and when I opened my eyes I felt much lighter

Space Between Thoughts
The meditation gets a boost of serenity if, after having established with your brain that the clouds are thoughts, you notice the space and specifically the depth and infinity of the color, and rise up into all that empty space above the clouds.

A little is enough
Encouraging that just the brief spaces between the thoughts are enough to experience stillness. Namaste
