I wasn’t able to reflect so I can’t journal a meditative experience.

Reiki AurA

This sound bath is composed of three crystal singing bowls. I will play each of them and you will feel the sound move through one ear and then the other. This is a powerful way of clearing any blocked or held energies that need to be cleansed. Hope you find it helpful!
