This is for when we feel overwhelmed and need to get grounded quickly. It’s a simple remedy we must follow, mostly using the breath and occasionally some dual-focused awareness. This track is designed to activate the pre-frontal cortex. This dampens the amygdala, the part of our brain that activates our state of overwhelm.
