Breathe in all that that ails us -the anxiety, the sadness, and release it all when exhaling. Remember to be kind to others, but mainly to yourself. In order to be an agent of change, you must first change yourself for the better -be compassionate to yourself as you would be for others. Take care of your body, mind & sould by just breathing and letting go.
