Some days we just need to let out stress. I've always heard to breathe in and out and to take deep breaths when feeling stressed or overwhelmed, but it's never really helped. Today's meditation taught me that I need to be relaxed while doing so. If we don't breathe, then we won't live. Breathing is the heart of surviving. We all need to take breaks sometimes to just enjoy the air that God has surrounded us with. I feel so calm after this. Thank you!

Good Morning my Aura Family. My oldest daughter decided to call me today and told me mom I took the day off you want to go out and have lunch. I think it'll be nice for us just to hang out together so she's bringing my grandson and I'm bringing my baby too and we're going to hang out together. It's always good to be thankful and count my blessings my Family means Love to me. My husband called me this morning to tell me that he's getting sick I guess he's over our argument and that he booked us a vacation for spring break. By the way I did take a good Aura Family members advice and I text him last night because I wasn't going to call and I told him I was Sorry. He text me back and he said I know we both are Sorry. i usually always panic when i feel incapable of completing an assignment for college even though a graduated a year early from high school. i noticed most people see things in me that i probably still don’t see in myself. i think i’m hard on myself sometimes honestly. by being a perfectionist, i just like things to go smoothly and easily. i stay up so late just to do work and i try to make a schedule but things get tough throughout the week considering i’m a full time student. however, i’ll be sure to take a break from working then take nice deep breaths and whisper positive things to myself.

Glad to be given a track from Lyndi tonight. Didn't really find the emotion I was feeling in the list, so ended up choosing ”stressed” tonight, though what I really am is angry. I KNOW I had a stroke, and that my mind and temper are both short served anymore, but I DO know some things! Remember some things! Why can't my family understand that!?! I was in my office most of the day, working with computers, doing my best. I was feeling pretty proud of myself too! Then my 11y/o showed up after school and whisked her iPhone away from her desk in my office where I had been working on it. No one would listen to me that I had accomplished a goal, had a plan in place. Was accomplishing things and was feeling proud of myself! Dad’s got a broken brain. Dad gets angry easily.
