No limits
Today was hard for me to get my attention into the present. My thoughts took me in and out and I never really relaxed. But I am ok with that and heres why. I am going through a terrible separation with 4 young children involved. That being said, I am accepting the facts of my situation but these are new difficult thoughts to process. So I don't expect myself to walk away feeling "very good" on my first round. The thing that comforts me is that it made me feel better than I did before I tried. I'm sure as the day goes on and I give it another go, I can work my way up the feeling scale, as long as I keep working It. meditation helps me navigate my thoughts, find a state of presence and to be grateful for life. It is something I practice, never thinking it to be mastered. So I'm fine with being "Neutral" for now, but there are many opportunities to practice today! Have the best day you can everyone! If you're down right now keep in mind you can practice as many times as you need!

Breathing is key for me whenever I'm feeling anxious or stressed. I realize that whenever I'm feeling either one, I either tend to hold my breath or My breathing is out of control.
