New life
When new life enters the world we can choose to connect, treasure & love only the new, only the old, or both the new & old.

No limits
Today was hard for me to get my attention into the present. My thoughts took me in and out and I never really relaxed. But I am ok with that and heres why. I am going through a terrible separation with 4 young children involved. That being said, I am accepting the facts of my situation but these are new difficult thoughts to process. So I don't expect myself to walk away feeling "very good" on my first round. The thing that comforts me is that it made me feel better than I did before I tried. I'm sure as the day goes on and I give it another go, I can work my way up the feeling scale, as long as I keep working It. meditation helps me navigate my thoughts, find a state of presence and to be grateful for life. It is something I practice, never thinking it to be mastered. So I'm fine with being "Neutral" for now, but there are many opportunities to practice today! Have the best day you can everyone! If you're down right now keep in mind you can practice as many times as you need!

Stillness
I so wanted to just get up and be busy. Some days it's so hard to just be still.

Breathing is key
Breathing is key for me whenever I'm feeling anxious or stressed. I realize that whenever I'm feeling either one, I either tend to hold my breath or My breathing is out of control.

Breathing
I love the breathing technique. I have been using the breathing reminder with this app, and I've noticed I've been less stressed. It's always seems to help me to an neutral point when I get really stressed out and I see this as progress.

Breathe
I really liked the idea that no matter what is going on around me my breath is there. A good reminder to stop in breathe in moments of stress or even in happiness

Breathing Helps
I learned that Breathing Helps to sooth the person. Breathing allows us to focus on something other than our thoughts. Breathing allows us to evade momentarily from any situation both good or bad. Breathing Helps.

Breathing Nourishes
Inhale life and peace. Exhale pain and negative thoughts. Place a hand over your chest or belly and feel the act of breathing.

Okay
That helped me calm down but I’m still sad. Even though it tells the breathing to take over, the thoughts still creep in my mind.

Life is eventful, but whatever it throws at you, you always have your sense of breathe.

breathing
whatever it is, everyone doubts you and tou are fearful. you are scared that you may not be enough for them, for you. but as long as you take a breath, you will find that they no longer matter. you are the cause and effect of your own fate. you cannot control what they think or feel of you. as long as you have tried, don’t fear. don’t worry over things that you are unable to control.

No regrets
I am where I am supposed to be. As difficult as it is leaving behind a significant other to move back home after a death in the family, I know I made the right decision. I’m taking care of myself. Self-love is the most important!

Miracles are everywhere
Life is all about the small miracles. Love, Faith, Grace, and my Breath. Just breathing, remembering who I am and Who's I am. “Notice your ever present breath, keeping you alive without you even paying attention.” Pure poetry.

Outside forces
I learned that I am highly affected by outside events (school shootings, politics, etc) and that I have to detach myself and be active but not let things beyond my control take over my emotions and change my entire day or outlook

Just breathe
It’s all about the breath it always comes back to the breath thank you for reminding me that. Sometimes it’s hard to stay focused when you’re thinking about something else; that was how my session went tonight but I will continue to breathe until it subsides thank you for reminding me.

Today
Today I noticed how I really can change my energy through breath. I feel the toxicity slowly melt with every exhale. I am not my past, I am in charge of my present, and my future, I am in charge of me. Today I am wiser

Argument
I'm listening to this while driving back to my house from my parents after having an argument with them. I needed something to calm me down since I've been crying and feel very off balance. The breathing exercise has been helpful in this settled my emotions from thoughts flying all over the place out of control negative angry and frustrated disconnected from my identity. I've been working on this feeling of finding safety within myself. To make a home within myself. The words about breath being a trusted, reliable companion were very soothing.

Soothing Breathing
Absolutely Essential session. For me Deep Breathing is the foundation of mindfulness. Here is my own personal approach which really works wonderfully. I hope it helps you as well: Inhale slowly. Deeply. Fill your lungs completely. Pause for a second or two. Then completely empty your lungs, using your stomach muscles to push out the last puffs of air at the very bottom. Pause again. Repeat until your eyes water and your nose runs! Use a handkerchief to blow your nostrils clear and completely and dry your face, washing away all tension and stress...

Breathing
This was nice to go inward and focus on the breath without making any changes to it. I placed my hand on my chest to try and focus on relieving some tension and bringing comfort to that area. The meditation cut off mid sentence! Hmm
