This deeply relaxing 28-minute meditation introduces the powerful technique of somatic tracking, a compassionate approach that involves observing physical sensations with calm curiosity rather than resistance. Chronic pain and ongoing physical discomfort can often be amplified by fear, tension, and a sensitised nervous system. During the meditation, you will be gently led into a safe and centred state where you can begin to soften fear and transform your relationship with sensations. Instead of pushing discomfort away, you will learn to turn towards it with gentle awareness.
