Really simple awareness
To simply breathe in with awareness of the body and its parts (forehead, hands, abdomen, etc.), and soften each part was an amazing experience. I could actually feel the softening. This meditation is quite a tension reliever for the body. 🙏🌺

This really worked for me, it’s straight forward all about softening the body. Breathing in to specific parts of my body and softening with the out breath. I think it’s the simplicity of it that worked, because I stayed focused on just one thing.

I don’t often take the proper time to appreciate my body for what it is. The biological and chemical processes, that happen instantly as we breathe to keep ourselves alive, are easy to overlook. Take the time to enjoy the feeling of life.

A quick easy session to check in with different parts of the body. Could be tweaked to any part of the body that is tight or feeling discomfort. Good one to do upon waking up. 👍🏼☮️🍀

Sigh of Relief
In this quick, but effective meditation, we check in with various parts of our body and release tension, or soften those areas. Because of the areas of the body that are mentioned, I believe it would be beneficial listening at night before bed. Because I woke up with a kink in my neck, I decided to listen in hopes that it would help soften that part of my body. However, the neck was never mentioned. Instead, I will take it upon myself to try softening this area on my own. Following Heather’s guidance, I began to soften certain areas of my body. Softening these areas of my body gave me a sigh of relief. And for that, I am grateful. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
