Sigh of Relief
In this quick, but effective meditation, we check in with various parts of our body and release tension, or soften those areas. Because of the areas of the body that are mentioned, I believe it would be beneficial listening at night before bed.
Because I woke up with a kink in my neck, I decided to listen in hopes that it would help soften that part of my body. However, the neck was never mentioned. Instead, I will take it upon myself to try softening this area on my own.
Following Heather’s guidance, I began to soften certain areas of my body. Softening these areas of my body gave me a sigh of relief. And for that, I am grateful.
