Mindfulness for Wellbeing
In this meditation we practice softening the body. So often throughout the day tension builds up and up leaving us feeling exhausted and uncomfortable. When our body is tense its a reflection of our busy mind. As we soften our body and mind we feel more calm and energised.  Please note: If you are struggling with your mental health it's really important to seek professional help. Breathing intentionally softens physical and emotional pain. I don’t notice so much that my back hurts

When pain is working hard at snatching my attention it is difficult to soften my body and mind. The temporary relief I experience reminds me to accept the day as it is and add in more meditation breaks.🙏🏻

Much needed
I am recovering from a hysterectomy and this meditation was much needed to help breathe and relax my tight ab muscles where my 4 little incisions are. Thank you for helping me release the tension I was holding there.

Keep softening
Dear all, every day I practice softening ❤️ each hour a bell goes off on my phone and I pause , I become aware of my breathing and on my out breath I say gently to myself soften. As I breathe out I can feel my body softening a little. I find if I do this regularly throughout my day , by the evening my mind and body feel softer, as I haven’t allowed tension to build up as much. Stressful Saturday Morning
Up extra early to go volunteer at our neighborhood school, where my youngest daughter is a student, my wife is staff, and I volunteer as the robotics coach...took time for an Aura session to still my head a bit before heading out...have a great day and weekend everyone!

I learned more on me controlling how I feel. I learned that I control what I think and how it effects me.

Yesterday, I felt a little tense though also mindful...
I learned that I can be mindful yet still be angered & annoyed, but the mindfulness assists me in keeping in check and not losing myself in the moment. Oddly, almost like having the meditation, balancing out the difficult situation with sanity. Able to be at peace with the difficult resolution.

All I can think of is work... 14 hours yesterday. Using it as a way to distract from all of the other difficult and painful things in my life.

I found that there were times when the voice was distracting but I feel sensations related to the meditation technique. Still have insomnia though

I just started this week with using Aura but this meditation was the best so far. It was really calm and eased out the flaws on my mind.

Post Meditation feelings
It was nice and calming. I was all tense about a varsity sport. But then I pressed “anxious” and this popped up. I gave it a listen and felt like a weight was just lifted off my chest. It felt nice. You should give it a try. 🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻

What a good sensation to imaging my body unraveling, returning/turning into just the fibers of my being, then pulling it all back together again, to keep moving on with my day. Namaste

I felt as though I was sinking and I felt my body become one with the bed I was lying on. I really liked the idea of my body unraveling and with every breath I was letting go of little bits of stress piece by piece.

This really did soften me up! I could feel my body twitching as my muscles relaxed & some kinks unraveled! My breathing got lighter as my body almost felt like it was starting to float... I got lost in her voice as it was very pleasant and the background noises transported me outside to float under a canopy of shade trees while watching the sun rays peaking thru the leaves... ahhh!!

I learned that being aware of yourself and how you’re feeling is important. Your self awareness is important to feeling okay and being happy or less stressed. Being aware that it’s okay to be sad or stressed because in reality no one is perfect and life happens. Nobody is always happy and nobody has all the answers. It’s okay to be who you are and you are beautiful. I myself struggle with that, finding the beauty in myself because I see all of my problems. But to be honest it’s okay to have problems. It’s what makes us human.

Wow, this really did the job for me. I’ve been anxious about making a fool of myself with my friends last night, but all of that social tension melted away when I did this meditation. I’m surprised with how quickly the time flew by and how well I could control my breathing.. time to take on the day!

Doing this meditation practice really helped me clear my mind, and rid the tension throughout my body. If a can just take a couple of minutes to breathe whenever I am feeling stressed or overwhelmed, I will be able to push through the difficulties in my life.
