In this meditation we practice softening the body. So often throughout the day tension builds up and up leaving us feeling exhausted and uncomfortable. When our body is tense its a reflection of our busy mind. As we soften our body and mind we feel more calm and energised. Breathing intentionally softens physical and emotional pain. I don’t notice so much that my back hurts
Softening the Body and Mind
When pain is working hard at snatching my attention it is difficult to soften my body and mind. The temporary relief I experience reminds me to accept the day as it is and add in more meditation breaks.🙏🏻
Much needed
I am recovering from a hysterectomy and this meditation was much needed to help breathe and relax my tight ab muscles where my 4 little incisions are. Thank you for helping me release the tension I was holding there.
Keep softening
Dear all, every day I practice softening ❤️ each hour a bell goes off on my phone and I pause , I become aware of my breathing and on my out breath I say gently to myself soften. As I breathe out I can feel my body softening a little. I find if I do this regularly throughout my day , by the evening my mind and body feel softer, as I haven’t allowed tension to build up as much. Stressful Saturday Morning
Up extra early to go volunteer at our neighborhood school, where my youngest daughter is a student, my wife is staff, and I volunteer as the robotics coach...took time for an Aura session to still my head a bit before heading out...have a great day and weekend everyone!
Taking a moment on a rainy day
Rest without actually dozing off can still be energizing. Ready to pull from my own resources when the sun is not shining. Namaste
If I don’t write down a concept that comes to mind immediately, I will most likely forget it.
Nice break
This was a pleasant break in my work day, but I had trouble focusing on my breathing instead of the clock!

Softening the Body and Mind
I learned more on me controlling how I feel. I learned that I control what I think and how it effects me.
Yesterday, I felt a little tense though also mindful...
I learned that I can be mindful yet still be angered & annoyed, but the mindfulness assists me in keeping in check and not losing myself in the moment. Oddly, almost like having the meditation, balancing out the difficult situation with sanity. Able to be at peace with the difficult resolution.
Day two
All I can think of is work... 14 hours yesterday. Using it as a way to distract from all of the other difficult and painful things in my life.
