Dance of Life
We may not realize it, but every time we breath, we experience the dance of life. We receive oxygen from Nature and use this oxygen to feed our trillions of cells in our body. We give back to Nature in the form of carbon dioxide. This simple, yet elegant dance of life makes everything possible.
Going within and being present with my breath, I began to feel this sense of aliveness spread throughout my body. Breathing into my heart, feeling and hearing my heartbeat throughout my body, I smiled with gratitude for this vital organ. Continuing to be present with my breath, my sense of self left my body and began floating above with my source. As the meditation was coming to a close, my sense of self melted back into my physical form. Wow! I am so grateful for this peaceful experience!
