When stressed, we tend to tense up. We get rigid and lose our ability to be flexible and adaptive. This meditation is going to help you soften into source and trust more deeply that life has your back in this and all moments. Take a breath break and open yourself up to the bigger picture.

Content
This amazing meditation is one of my new favorites which I already downloaded. It will definitely be my go to when I need a moment to myself to โ€œjust be โ€œ. My heart is full of gratitude for taking this time out for myself to reconnect. Breathing new life into my body. I am still in awe of the amazing feeling it has left me with which honestly is hard to put into words. Best 10 minutes of my life today.

Everything Is Good
I have listened to this meditation numerous times as it has become one of my favorites for my afternoon sessions. It always leaves me with a feeling of gratitude for my life and my body as well as feeling content. It fills my spirit with self love and kindness. All I need in this moment is the breath...to just be. Everything is good as long as I am inhaling and exhaling. Namaste ๐Ÿ™

Timing...
His pleasant instructions were right on cue! We seemed to have our breathing timed in perfect unison. I went from in touch with my body to relaxed in my body to levitating above my body and then completely out of my body as I melted into the Oneness of the cosmos! Cruising around on the cosmic energy net of the source allowed me to be anyplace at any time... so I chose to be everywhere at once by just โ€œbe-ingโ€...! Very wonderful session!! ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ€

Dance of Life
We may not realize it, but every time we breath, we experience the dance of life. We receive oxygen from Nature and use this oxygen to feed our trillions of cells in our body. We give back to Nature in the form of carbon dioxide. This simple, yet elegant dance of life makes everything possible. Going within and being present with my breath, I began to feel this sense of aliveness spread throughout my body. Breathing into my heart, feeling and hearing my heartbeat throughout my body, I smiled with gratitude for this vital organ. Continuing to be present with my breath, my sense of self left my body and began floating above with my source. As the meditation was coming to a close, my sense of self melted back into my physical form. Wow! I am so grateful for this peaceful experience! This dance of life, which we call our breath, is something we can always tune in to settle our mind, to relax our body and to experience our higher self. Thank you my friend, Julie for pointing this meditation out to me! Namaste ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿปโค๏ธโ˜ฎ๏ธ

All is well
The last few days I have had this lingering irritable feeling in the background which I feel was probably from getting off my routine a bit from last week. After a good workout, I decided to listen to this beautiful meditation. No matter what kind of day I have had it always has the ability to put me in better spirits. It is one of my favorites! And, today was no exception. I was able to release all that old โ€œirritableโ€ energy. ๐Ÿฅณ I am feeling calm, full of love and gratitude, and centered. Thank you Bradley for creating this beautiful meditation! I highly recommend listening to this if you havenโ€™t yet.

While walking
I tried this practice yesterday first while doing my walk at the beach in the evening. And it felt like I was being carried along the beach, I was so present taking in the sound of the waves, the light rain falling on me, the smell of trees and the salty air, the wind. The smiles on strangers as they jogged past my me. I was very impressed n used it again today!

Gift of Life
This is a great meditation for soothing the soul, for reminding oneself that life is the only gift one needs. Although ambition, although always reaching, are wonderful gifts to have, no matter what happens, one will always have experienced the gift of life.

1st meditation
I feel that the pace in which the guide gave for breathing was way too long to stay with what he was saying. But i did enjoy the interconnectedness that was mentioned with plants
