In this session, we will take a closer look at the energy of anxiety - where it comes from, where it's stored in the body, and how we can transmute it into more peace, through deep breaths and awareness. You will be guided through a gentle body scan (progressive relaxation) to soften those heavy energies and create more space from within. This practice is a loving reminder that you're not alone, you're feelings are valid, but that you also have the power to change them. Just relax & enjoy!
