This session begins with deep breathing to make it easier to soften and loosen the grip physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Feel an actual releasing of the grip over whatever it is you're holding on to. In truth, this life is short.

Soften and Let Go Again
I often hold myself tense, whether it's due to anxiety, stress, or simply feeling uncomfortable and this meditation provided me with a reminder to soften and simply let go as I focus on my breath. To bring awareness to my body and allow it to go soft, to relax into just being and so find a soothing center. I shall be returning to this practice a lot more often! Thank You!

Relief
I often don't realize how much tension I hold. This Mindful Moment felt so good as it reminded me to soften those places. And when I do that, I can release and let go. This was so gentle and so good.

Hard edge
I am amazed at how much I hold a hard edge to my body. This was a good meditation to focus on letting the hardness go and to be more relaxed and stress-free.

I must
I must increase my daily streak every day. :B Ever since I've started using Aura. My life, myself and I! Have slowed down. I am able to listen to what the world has to say. :)

Breathing
Is becoming very important to me. I'm getting similar teachings from the discipline of singing.

Beginning Again
I learned that in order to soften, we must let go of the things that harden us. Those things that harden us are temporary - be it worries, anxieties, thoughts, or imaginations. They can all fade away once we acknowledge our breath and soften.

Softening and relaxing
This was just the warmth and kindness I needed after a difficult morning appointment. The meditation got me to focus on my breath and brought me to calm and peace. I saved it and will return to it at need.

During the forest sounds.
I learned that if I visualize my self being there physically it pays off even more. And it relaxes even Further. So imagine being there in person with a 360 degrees vision all around with your eyes closed.

Soften
I hold a lot of tension along my body, especially my neck, shoulders/shoulder blades, as well as my lower back. This is just what I needed to be attentive to those areas & release low vibration energy I know I hold onto in those same areas.

Breathing
I learned that by focusing on breathing I can relax fully and let worries drift away. Softening is also a lovely way to release tension- which I didn't even know I had!
