๐ŸŽต When youโ€™re smilin , When youโ€™re smilin, the whole world smiles with you ๐ŸŽต Cassandra guides you to start with turning up the corners of your mouth into a small smile like the Mona Lisa. Then visualizing this smile spreading throughout your whole body. As I was visualizing this, I could feel my smile growing along with positive energy radiating throughout my whole body. I am feeling uplifted and energized. Great meditation to begin the day with or if you are having a stressful day and need to refocus your energy.

Itโ€™s an amazing experience. I know that itโ€™s a thought or experience that makes me smile. And yet when I smiled as guided by the meditation itโ€™s the other way around. The smile generated a happy thought that permeated through my body. Amazing how a simple muscle movement created that positivity.
