I learned that, taking the time to just sit and let go of everything really can make a difference in yourself. As the meditation progressed, I felt myself letting go and just relaxing. I felt my tension dissipate. This was only my first day and I’m already happy with it.

I was able to focus on the voice and breathing for a few seconds. This is really an accomplishment. I always am sad went the time is over or that I can't repeat. Or at least I think it doesn't work like that here. Even a few seconds of stress relief is great. Also I like your comments. Makes me feel supported. Wish I could give hugs.

I️ tried simultaneously getting something done and meditating. It did not work! Three minutes is such a small time to devote to stillness. My body and mind deserve at least three minutes a day, if not more.

Breath is always in the present. I can follow my breath down to my center, stay there for a few minutes to regroup, then follow my breath back out to reunite with the world around me and continue participating fully in my day. Namaste

I am still struggling with keeping my mind focused on the actual meditation. I know that the breathing helps to calm me down, but I would like to be able to get my mind present with my breathing as well.

I was focusing on my breathing and bringing myself back to me. I felt little twinges in my thighs, thumbs, shoulders and face as my muscles relaxed. I felt quite serene after the seven minute session. A really nice and simple meditation that doesn’t ask too much. 🙏

This meditation was very simple but effective. Just noticing how my body is carrying itself: too much tension in face/shoulders, was enough to change it, to slow down, to breathe. This is a good meditation.

Focusing on your breathing
I learned how relaxing it can be to bring your focus exclusively to your breath. I understand that everyone me do this differently. For me I found it most effective to focus on the rise and follow my chest I find it incredible something so simple is finding a comfortable position and being aware of your breath can be so completely relax relaxing. I am grateful for the for the people who work for this app for putting this together. I will remember to focus on my breathing the next time I have a really busy day and take some time to slow down.
