I have been dealing with an ongoing health issue for 8 yrs and recently hit a bump in the road. My anxiety level has heightened today...this lesson has been a life saver for me . Simply wonderful!

I learned to pay attention to what I am thinking and what it means to me and slow my thoughts and analyze them to tell my self it's just a thought don't get stuck with that

Responding vs. reacting
I, on occasion, am very reactive, usually when I'm caught off guard. I need to remember to "slow down" as it accomplishes nothing to react.
