This morning meditation will guide you to slow down and savor the moments of life. Gently close your eyes. Take a long, steady breath in… and exhale slowly. Again, breathe in and exhale, soft and deep. Let your shoulders drop just a little more. Let your jaw loosen. Let your belly soften and let yourself simply be here.
