I fell asleep before the session was over last night.
Tonight, I’m going to bed at exactly the time I’m ready for sleep and not spend hours on my phone looking through old photos, cleaning out my email, Facebook, etc.
The soft rain sound I let run all night.
I’m handicapped since an equestrian accident in 2004, so over the years with multiple joint replacements & fusion surgeries, I don’t have the ability to burn off a lot of energy during the day. I sleep too late and stay awake too late. I believe this App is going to help many bad habits. 🙏
