I learned today that you need to let all your worriers and bad things out. I was stressed today, but right now I am more calm.

Sleep softly
I learned that when you sleep softly your mind and body calm down and gently relaxes forgetting everything is going on nothing to worry about or get stressed out about. Simply just let things go and just be happy.

I really liked this meditation and wish I could have done the longer version. I felt like her voice was peaceful and it was easy to let go.
