In this meditation, we will practice deep relaxation that will help us combat insomnia. When we suffer from insomnia, we are suffering from a large number of ideas, thoughts, and mental images that come to our mind without control and that do not let us sleep peacefully. There are times when we have worries that make us lose sleep and our body may be stressed by work or by countless things that happen to us every day. When we are tense it is difficult to relax and rest. Perhaps we are afraid of a situation or feel despair due to physical pain or emotional tension, the good news is that we can fix all of this through breathing.
