Relaxed but not enough....
I felt relaxed, but found the counting kept waking up my mind to concentrate. I’ll try again and ignore the counting.

I slept so good last night; slept all the way through. I generally sleep five hours a night and get up once during the night. I slept a solid 6-1/2 hours last night and didn’t wake up once.
