Healing …
Trying to slip off into sleep with a headache is one of life’s bigger challenges. Having been tested positive for COVID a week ago, I have had a lot of experience with this lately. Taking seven big gulps of water out of my water jug just has not always done it. But this meditation, with Kristi’s lovely voice describing this light, lavender healing energy cloud descending over me from my head down, did the trick! My forehead relaxed, the tension in my temples, jaws and shoulders all melted away and blissful sleep must have set in. I will keep this one handy! Thanks Kristi! ❤️☮️🍀

My go-to for headaches lately
The first time I discovered this meditation, I had an excruciatingly painful headache that I couldn’t shake off throughout the day even with gentle stretching and ibuprofen. I had thought I wouldn’t be able to sleep that night due to the tension in my head/face, and then amazingly: my headache melted away after listening to this meditation and receiving the gentle, gracious healing from it. Thank you for sharing this with the community. This has already saved me twice in the last week. Blessings to you 🙏🏻
