This sleep meditation will guide you through a visualization for emotional cleansing and healing as you sleep in the light. Settle in. Let your body find stillness. Let your head rest deeply into the pillow, and allow your body to feel held. Whatever it carried today, it no longer needs to grip so tightly. Take a soft breath in, and as you exhale, feel yourself drop down and in, down and in, into the quiet space within you, where no roles or responsibilities are asked of you.
