I am so very particular and I struggle with OAB & hypersomnia. This is the first (and so far, only) sleep meditation that has worked on me. Albeit, I still make it to the end, but mostly because Aura uses a jarring piano outro that wakes me back up. Even with that, I am able to remove my earbuds and go to sleep in under an hour after the meditation has finished. I drift in and out during the meditation and I know that I could fall asleep without waking if there were a way to get rid of the outro music. I've listened to a lot of guided sleep meditations and so far, this one seems to work best.
