My quality of sleep was better
I was able to fall asleep and slept deeply for 3 hours. Then woke up at 12:30. Not able to fall asleep on my own, so I listened to the track again. Fell asleep until 5:18am. This is a huge improvement. I woke up feeing more rested than usual. My quality of sleep was definitely better. I’m curious to see if I continue to use it regularly if I’ll be able to sleep through the night!
