This sleep meditation will guide you through sleep affirmations for healing as you welcome the stillness that allows you to heal. Settle into stillness, and let your body be soft. Let the bed beneath you hold you, cradling you in warmth, inviting you to surrender. Close your eyes, and take a slow, deep breath in… Feel it filling every inch of you, expanding, opening, restoring. And as you exhale, let the weight of the day begin to dissolve.
